This page explains what personal data the Crescendo Lab Social Tool stores about you and how to request its complete removal. The same instructions apply whether you signed in via Google or connected a Threads account through our app.

- Account profile: your Google email, display name, and a Firebase user ID we generate for you.
- Connected Threads accounts: when you OAuth a Threads account, we store the access token (encrypted at rest), the Threads user ID, and the username. Tokens are auto-refreshed before expiry.
- Drafts and content you create: AI-generated and edited drafts (saved cards), scheduled drafts queued for delivery, the “idea inbox”, and in-app notifications.
- Usage counters: per-user rate-limit counters that reset hourly / daily.
- Tester request records (if applicable): the Threads username you submitted when requesting Tester access, and the approval status.
We do not permanently store: live Threads insights you view (fetched on demand), replies you read on your own posts (fetched on demand), keyword search results from the Radar feature (fetched on demand), or audio files you upload for transcription (discarded after transcription).
We do not store passwords (sign-in goes through Google), and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.
While signed in to the app:
- Disconnect a Threads account: Settings → 「連結的 Threads 帳號」→ click the disconnect button next to the account you want to remove. This wipes the access token immediately and revokes the token with Threads.
- Delete saved drafts / inbox items / notifications: each list item has a delete / archive button.
To request deletion of everything we hold about you (account record, all drafts, all OAuth tokens, all usage counters), send an email to:
With the subject line Data Deletion Request and the email address used to sign in. We will:
- Acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
- Permanently delete all your data within 30 days.
- Send a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
Deletion is irreversible. Once complete, signing back in with the same Google account will create a brand-new (empty) profile.
Disconnecting in-app revokes our access on the Threads side. You can also independently revoke our app from your Threads account at any time:
- Threads app → Profile → ☰ → Settings → Account → Websites and Apps → find Crescendo Social Tool → Revoke
