These Terms of Service govern your use of the Crescendo Lab Social Tool (the “Service”), an AI-assisted content management tool for Threads and other social platforms, operated by Crescendo Lab Inc. (“Crescendo Lab”, “we”, “us”). By signing in, you agree to these terms.

The Service is an AI-assisted content management tool for Threads and other social platforms. Users connect their own Threads account via Meta’s official OAuth flow. The main features include:
- AI Draft (抽卡): generate 3 versions of a Threads post from your prompt using Google Gemini.
- Publish & Schedule: publish single posts or thread chains to your connected Threads account immediately, or schedule them for future delivery.
- Posted (Insights): view performance metrics (views, likes, replies, reposts) on your own Threads posts via the Threads Graph API.
- Replies: read replies on your own Threads posts, generate AI reply suggestions, and send replies through the Threads API.
- Radar (海巡): search public Threads posts by keyword (via Threads
keyword_search) to monitor industry topics and discover content for engagement. - Decode (拆解爆文): paste a viral post; the Service uses AI to analyze its hook, structure, emotion, and generate a re-usable template.
- Idea Inbox: collect content ideas from manual paste, Slack reactions, or email (via integrations), and turn them into drafts.
- Lego & Notion integration (optional): if you connect a Notion workspace, AI can suggest visual / textual assets from your library when drafting.
- Audio transcription: upload an audio clip and get a text transcript (via Google Gemini multimodal) to use as draft input.
All AI suggestions are powered by Google Gemini. All Threads operations use the official Meta Threads Graph API.
- You must be 18+ and have a valid Google account to sign in.
- To publish or read replies, you must connect a Threads account you own or are authorized to operate on behalf of an organization.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the Threads Terms of Use and Meta Platform Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post spam, misleading, deceptive, or unlawful content.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
- Attempt to bypass our rate limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation.
- Automate engagement (mass following, mass liking, scripted replies) beyond the user-initiated actions the Service provides.
AI-generated suggestions are drafts; you are responsible for reviewing and editing before publishing. We do not guarantee content accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose.
You retain all rights to the content you create, edit, or post through the Service. By using the Service you grant Crescendo Lab a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service (e.g., passing your prompt to Gemini, posting your draft to Threads via the official API).

The Service is provided “as is”. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for losses from downtime, content failure to publish, or third-party API changes (Threads, Gemini, etc.).
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, abuse our rate limits, or pose a risk to the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; your data is handled per the deletion process linked above.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crescendo Lab disclaims all warranties (express or implied) and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (or NT$0 if the Service is free to you).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
